With effect from 1st September 2019 in accordance with PDPC’s Advisory Guidelines on the PDPA for NRIC and other National Identification numbers, HealthPal will not be storing any NRIC and other National Identification data in our servers.

HealthPal is an entity that uses MHC Asia Network services. As we are providing a Medical Card service partnered with MHC, we seek your understanding that NRIC and other National Identification numbers is still required for setting up your eCard. Any pre-authorization charge or fees are charged through MHC Asia Network and HealthPal have no access to such charges. Whereas a clinic or merchant were to undercharge or overcharge, you will need to file an official memo to HealthPal before we can look into the situation.

Now that we’re done with the formalities, thank you for using HealthPal and we hope you find it useful!
