Step 1: Download The app
Download the HealthPal.SG app from the respective app stores.
Step 2: First Time Setup
Once your account is activated, you will be notified. Launch the app and select FIRST TIME SETUP
Step 3: Key In Details
Key in your NRIC / FIN / Passport number, Mobile number, and create a password. Each account must have a unique mobile number for verification. You are unable to use a same number for multiple accounts.
Step 4: OTP for Verification
Enter the OTP sent to your number.
Step 5: Add Credit/Debit Card
Fill in you credit/debit card details. Any consult with our panels or bundled deals purchased through the app will be charged to this card. $150 will be deducted from your card when you activate your e-card which will be refunded to your card in 7 working days.
Step 6: Start Using App
You're all set to use HealthPal.SG!
